Background
It is unknown, but Urashiki Ōtsutsuki was viewed as stronger than Kaguya Ōtsutsuki herself.
Personality
Urashiki is extremely arrogant and very dangerous. He views as everyone weaker than him, as slaves and is a waste of life. He respects members of his clan heavily, but isn't afraid to go up against betrayers.
Appearance
Urashiki has light-colored unkempt hair which he wears in a ponytail. Like other members of his clan, Urashiki has horns that grow from the back of his head and cover his forehead. He also has the typical clipped eyebrows as a symbol of nobility. He wears a long-sleeved, light-coloured suits with a sectioned apron over it, along with a sash. He carries a small gourd strapped to his back.
Abilities
Being a member of the Ōtsutsuki clan, Urashiki has great strength, enough to shatter the ground with his staff. He possesses the Byakugan, which grants him an almost 360° field of vision, x-ray vision, and the ability to see through the chakra pathway system. Urashiki carries a chakra gourd and a flexible rod. If he wills it, a chakra string comes out of the staff that he can use in battle. The string also has a hooked end, making its appearance similar to that of a fishing hook. Using the Palace of the Dragon King, Urashiki can petrify an opponent for ten-thousand years. Being an Ōtsutsuki, he possessed extremely powerful and enormous chakra and had the ability to fly.. He was capable of holding his own against multiple Kage-level opponents simultaneously.
